Insane 5-bed house buddy up for a new tenancy

Hi guys, looking for three others to fill three bedrooms to join me and my friend Summer on putting an offer on an insane house in Tooting Broadway asap!

Move in date is within the next two weeks (around 27th/28th June).

The house:

🏠 5-bed, 5-person HMO in a three storey renovated terraced house with massive back garden, great living space and bedrooms with two bathrooms.

🏠 Also a conservatory at the back. Perfect for summer! The house is fully furnished, dishwasher, 2 fridges, washer etc. Even space for 2 cars!

🏠Excellent location, a 2 min walk from Tooting Broadway high street, lots of coffee shops, bars etc. and a 5 min walk from Tooting Broadway Station on the northern line.

The rooms available: (pictured in order after communal spaces)

✨Room 1: £950+bills

Double bedroom with big window into back garden, located on ground floor.

✨Room 2 (aka the boiler room 🪩): £900+bills

Double bedroom with the boiler cupboard located on first floor. Slightly bigger than rooms 1&3.

✨Room 3: £975+bills

Very similar to room 1 but located on first floor. Currently no bed but landlord either getting one or we can split the cost of a bed.

Council tax is £21 p/m each. Bills will be sorted once we are in, but will be standard.

Deposit would be £1385 each.

About us: 🇳🇿

We are two friendly kiwis (30 and 31) who are laidback, easy to get along with and keen to create a homely vibe with likeminded people. We are both keen on getting out and about either to the local pub, gigs or further afield on weekends trips.

About you:

In your mid to late twenties/early 30’s looking for a home where you are friends with your flatmates, up for social flat outings, clean tidy and respectful. You will need to be employed full time, pass reference checks and have good landlord references.
