A cosy room (medium size) is available for rental in the heart of Tooting.

The room has been recently furnished with a new wool carpet, double bed with new mattress and a wardrobe. I’m in the process of getting a chest of drawers and a desk. The room comes with the use of a study room with extra storage, the amount of furnishing needed between these two rooms is adjustable to your needs.
Shared facilities are lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

The flat is 5 minutes walk away from Tooting Broadway tube station and right in the middle of Tooting’s thriving community with many great places to eat and socialise.
I’m looking for a professional to rent the room for 5 days a week for 600£ per month or a full time rental for a shorter period of 3months to 1 year, 800£ per month.

Looking for someone who is sociable, tidy and respectful of others.

I’m a nurse and a counsellor and therefore working from home 2 days a week and the rest is at the hospital.
