Location: Tooting Broadway, 8 mins walk to Tooting Broadway Underground (Northern Line), 10 mins walk to Tooting Station (Thameslink), loads of shops, pubs, gyms, etc. within walking distance
 
The room: MASSIVE top-floor ensuite bedroom, whole floor to yourself. Comes part-furnished with bed and sofa in the pics
 
The house: 3-floors, 3-bed + garden, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite, your room), lovely open-plan kitchen / dining room
 
The housemates: Evie (27), works from home a few days a week - big on travel, food, and theatre. Batur (31), works from home a few days a week, likes CrossFit and Hyrox, live music and exploring London
 
Move date: 11 September
 
Requirements to pass rental checks:
- Right to live + work in the UK
- Employed and annual salary at least 35,000
 
£: rent: £1075/month, bills: ~£80/month (slightly more in winter with heating)
