We are a close household and treat the place like a home so we would be looking for someone to be sociable with as well as a housemate. Ideally another girl in her mid to late twenties who only occasionally WFH.

Tessa (28) works in property marketing and is in the office 5 days a week. Amy (27) is a primary school teacher.

We like to keep the place clean and tidy and make it feel like our home. Most evenings we will have a chat or maybe watch some TV together. We've occasionally hosted BBQs or dinner parties as a house too.

The house has a large shared area with a living room, dining room and conservatory. The kitchen has a dishwasher. We also benefit from a good sized garden with garden furniture.
