Looking for a new housemate to move in to our lovely flat in Tooting for late aug/early sep - flexible on dates 💜

I am sadly leaving our 2 bed flat, so Ellie is looking for a new housemate. Although you will definitely meet me too at some point!! 🫶🏻

The room is a lovely spacious double with your own bathroom at £1,137 a month before bills (which are around £130 pcm).

It comes with a double bed, new mattress, and a wardrobe. There is space for a desk and more drawers etc as per pics.

A little about Ellie who you will be living with - she’s 26, and full time actor. So if you’re in the performing arts or creatives industry, you’ll defo get on! She is super fun and bubbly up for anything and everything. Whether that’s a chilled night in watching movies with a greasy takeaway 🤣 or deafening everyone at the karaoke bar at 2am! Balance is key 💗

Onto flat layout… it’s super spacious, with 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open plan living & kitchen area.

We’re a 2 min walk from Tooting Broadway tube, and 15 min walk to Tooting Common.
