Double room with Ensuite – Tooting Broadway

A spacious double bedroom with its own ensuite is available in a modern two-bedroom flat in Tooting Broadway from 1 August.

The bedroom is unfurnished but has a large built-in wardrobe, while the open-plan kitchen and living area are fully furnished. We also have AC in the living room.

The flat is on the top floor of a purpose-built apartment building with lift access, around 7 minutes' walk from Tooting Broadway station. It has a bright, open-plan living space, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony with a hammock that's perfect for relaxing when the weather's nice. There's also a main bathroom with a bath. The building is well maintained and feels very safe and secure.

There's secure bike storage and parking available in the building's car park (additional cost)

I'm a 32-year-old Irish woman and have been living in London for nearly eight years. My current flatmate is moving out because she's buying her own place, so I'm looking for someone new to share the flat with.

I'd love to live with someone who's friendly and sociable, but also has their own life going on. I'm usually out with friends, at the gym, playing tennis or exploring London, so it's a relaxed and independent household - but i do love chatting aith and cooking for peopel too! It would be great to find someone who's easy-going, tidy and considerate, and who wants somewhere that feels like home.

Working from home is absolutely fine, although ideally you'd work from your bedroom rather than the shared living space during the day.
