Double room in homely Tooting flat!

Our lovely housemate has moved out, so we're looking for a temporary third housemate while we figure out our longer-term plans.
The flat is bright, spacious, and open plan, with a really cosy feel. The room comes fully furnished with a queen-size double bed and plenty of storage, and you'll share a bathroom with just one other person.

A little about us: we're two friendly Irish girls who enjoy being social at the weekends—whether that's heading out for a few drinks, exploring London, or having friends over from time to time. During the week, we're just as happy cooking a tasty dinner together, relaxing on the sofa, and enjoying a chilled evening.

We're looking for someone who's clean, tidy, and considerate, and who'll treat the flat like home. One of us works shifts, including nights, so we would appreciate someone who can be mindful of this!

Please note the room doesn't have space for a desk, so it isn't suitable if you work from home!
