A two-bedroom flat in Tooting with a shared kitchen and living room, plus a small garden (a work in progress, but there are plans to bring it back to life).

- 8 minutes' walk to Tooting rail station (Thameslink trains on the Sutton Loop Line.)
- 11 minutes to Tooting Broadway tube (Northern line).

Close enough to St George's Hospital to suit hospital staff looking for a short commute.

🛌 The Room

A box room, roughly 260 x 162cm. It comfortably fits a single bed; a double will just about fit but leaves very little floor space.
Shelving in the room, plus a very large cupboard just outside for extra storage.

😊 About Me

I'm a professional portrait photographer working with musicians and actors. My week is a mix of shoots outside the house and working from home.

I travel for work occasionally, and I'm away roughly one week every other month visiting my long-distance partner, who also stays with me for a week roughly every other month in return.

Outside of work I enjoy climbing (mostly bouldering), music and cooking.

I'm moving in myself around 24th August (flexible either side), so you'd be joining a fresh household rather than fitting into someone else's established routine.

📜 House Rules

No smoking in the house. No pets. Overnight guests welcome; not really set up for a partner being here full-time given the size of the place.

👀 Looking For

Open on age/profession, but the room size means it won't suit someone who needs to work from home regularly. Someone with an interest in the creative arts (doesn't need to work in the industry) would fit well but not a dealbreaker.
