Great house located a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube. 1 minute walk away from the gym and bus stop. Excellent connections. Also tons of shops nearby and an absolutely gorgeous garden.
I’ve been in London three years and this house is a dream (I’m moving to Australia otherwise wouldn’t be leaving). There’s 2x Canadians, one American Swiss, and a Bermudian - an absolute hoot. You’ll not just be moving in with housemates but truly leaving with friends. Very low pressure house but opportunities to be social when you want. Landlord agency is easy to deal with.
