Double Room Available in Spacious House – Tooting Broadway from 1st of August

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to join our home in the heart of Tooting Broadway, as our current flatmate is moving in with his partner.

Move-in date is ideally 1st of August, but we're happy to do +/- a week if needed.

 Location

* 2-minute walk to Tooting Broadway Tube Station (Northern Line)
* 2-minute walk to the large Sainsbury’s
* Surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, pubs, gyms and local shops

 About Us

You’ll be living with Oscar (25) and Dom (27), who both work full-time in insurance. We’ve lived in South West London for a number of years and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

We are friendly, and the flat has had a relaxed atmosphere where we usually enjoy catching up over dinner, heading out for a coffee or a pint from time to time. We also value our own space and appreciate a tidy, respectful home.

Bills

Bills aren’t included in the rent and are typically around £70 per person, per month ex council tax.

Council Tax currently makes this room £851 a Month total.
