I'm looking for a respectful, tidy flatmate to share my lovely two-bedroom (plus an office) flat in Tooting on a weekday basis.

Ideally Tuesday-Thursday, but I'm also happy to consider Monday-Friday for the right person. Great for those working at St George hospital, I am flexible on days if you are a shift worker.

<10min walk from Tooting Broadway station (Northern line)
~5min walk from Tooting station (Thameslink)

Great location close to Tooting and Broadway Market. Lots of great food and shops at your doorstep.

You'll have:

About me: American in the UK for 9 years. I am hybrid worker, so go to office once a week.
I tend to stay active doing aerial acrobatics and travel often as my partner lives in a different city. He usually visits on the weekends. I go out for dinners and walks often, but usually home is where I recharge.
I also have 2 rabbits that tend to stay in the office, but get supervised running time in the living room, as well.
