I’m looking for 2 people to move in with me from 15th August, as my current flatmates are moving out (they are a couple, moving to a 1-bed). 2x double rooms available with a combined living room/kitchen area, spacious balcony area and newly refurbished bathroom shared between the 2 rooms (landlord currently painting ceiling & adding mirror). The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer & drinks fridge.

Great location just off Mitcham Road, SW17 ~5min walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and 10min walk from Tooting station (Thameslink). Shops, restaurants, pubs and gyms very close.

£985 pppm excl. bills. All bills approx. £100 pppm total. Council Tax band D.
