My lovely flatmate Kathryn Piper is moving out on 15 August, so her room is up for grabs in our lovely two-bed, two-bath Tooting Broadway flat.

Rent: £1,050 (no increases for the next year — blessed)
Bills: £130

Room: A cosy double with all the furniture included, plus your own family size bathroom with a bathtub.

WFH: Fitting a desk in the bedroom would be a squeeze, but my flatmate has hers in the kitchen (desk in photos is my flatmate’s and will be going so you’d need to bring your own)

The building is modern, has a cute shared garden, and is opposite The Gym Group. 7‑minute walk to the tube, so ideal for commuting.

About me:

I’m 28, work for a bank in the City, and I’m in the office three days a week. Looking for a girl in her mid‑late 20s or early 30s who’s friendly, tidy and easygoing. Would love someone who’s happy to be friends, but totally understand everyone has their own life.

Viewings are easiest on Mondays or Sundays, but I can flex.
