Hi,
I'm subletting my big garden facing double room from the 4th of August till 4th of September (can be flexible with dates but ideally it would be until the end of August at least) in Tooting Broadway.
The house is 5 min walk to the Tooting Broadway underground (and very well connected to buses) on a quiet street right next to St Georges Hospital.
You would be staying with four most lovely, chill flatmates, and a kitty.
The price of the room is £850 for a month (including bills) and a £200 deposit (refundable).
