- 10-minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station
- 7-minute walk to Tooting railway station
- 1-minute walk to a gym and Sainsbury’s Local
- 15-minute walk to Tooting Bec Common

There are also lots of great cafés and pubs nearby.

*About the House*
Our current housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. You’ll be living with three friendly guys aged between 28 and 31, working in marketing, publishing and insurance. We split our time between working from home and the office.

We’re a sociable house and enjoy spending time together. At the same time, everyone has their own friends, hobbies and routines, so there’s a good balance between socialising and having your own space.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and easy-going.

- Bills: Approximately £100 per month

- Minimum tenancy: ideally looking for somebody longer term.
