Large double room in Tooting Broadway

** Viewings on Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th August**

Sadly our lovely housemate Joey is leaving! So we're looking for a female (25-33) to join our home, we have a large double room located upstairs. We're a friendly bunch who enjoy the occasional house meal and BBQ in the summer.

The house is located an extremely short walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and an even shorter walk from Tooting market!

The house has a large kitchen and a separate living area, with a gorge garden (garden sofa included) we have one bath/shower room and two toilets (one up and one down).

The room you’d be taking comes fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, a chair and a wall of built in wardrobes.

Who you'll be living with: Annabel (27) works in marketing, Rosy (29) works as a learning manager, Natalie (30) works in merchandising.

In our spare time we enjoy hanging out with our friends, festivals, wine nights and a good thriller.

Rent will be £927.50 for the month of September. From October the rent will increase to £983.35 (fixed for 12 months) per calendar month and bills are currently £100. Deposit is £967.

Move in date will be 31st August, but flexible on this - no later than the 6th Sept.
