A spacious double room with a private ensuite is becoming available from the 1st August as one of our mates has bought their own place.

The room is the largest in the house, with plenty of storage, lots of natural light and an ensuite. The house itself is modern with an open plan kitchen/living room and a garden.

Rent is: £1200 per month + bills (around £60-70)

👋 You’ll be living with three lads (Tom, George and Mattie) all 25 and working full-time with some days WFH. The house is pretty social. We’re up for the pub, watching the footy, going to the gym or having a BBQ when the weather’s decent. Everyone’s got their own lives as well so it’s a good balance.

* Walking distance to Tooting Market, plenty of pubs, restaurants, gyms and supermarkets.
