Sadly I’m leaving this lovely flat so looking for someone to take over my room! The lease will commence 18th of September.

The room:

A really good size double room with a double bed. It has built in wardrobes, with plenty and plenty of storage and also comes with a chest of drawers. The room is lovely and light and the house itself has heaps of storage

£1,065 per month + bills

The flat:

The flat is split across the top two floors of a three storey house. The first floor has a living room, separate kitchen, my bedroom and the bathroom (with bathtub) that is technically a common area, but you will essentially be the only one that uses it. The second floor has two rooms, Sabrina and Ella’s rooms and a shared bathroom (toilet and shower). Also v lucky cause this flat comes with a garden even though it’s not ground floor, so is v good for dinners and bbqs in the summer!

The flat is really homely, light and spacious. It’s also in a really good location, on a residential road just off Mitcham Road. It’s really close to lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs. It’s 200m from Tooting Broadway on the Northern Line and 400m from Tooting Station. Also in walking distance of a big Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express and a Lidl. There are bus stops close by too, which go to Earlsfield, Wandsworth and Streatham etc and you can walk to Tooting Common.

Bills are roughly £95 pp a month.

Current flatmates:

Sabrina and Ella, both in their mid-late 20s

Sabrina works in music marketing and is a social gal and also enjoys going to gigs, playing netball and doing a painting by numbers.

Ella is also in marketing, she’s very active, loves to go for a walk/run or grab a coffee. Ella is super social and loves getting out and being active.

Wanting someone who is friendly and social, up for a chill watching tv, spontaneous pub trip or meal out, but also has their own life and will work well within the flat!
