Double En Suite Room in Tooting Girls House

Looking for a girl to take over tenancy double room with ensuite in Tooting (South West London)

Hey everyone,

I’m moving in with my boyfriend, and looking for a lovely girl to take over my tenant in a gorgeous house in Tooting from 30th August.

The house is a short walk from Tooting Broadway station. Rent is £1200/month, with bills on top at max £100 in winter. This includes council tax, wifi, energy, water & shared items such as loo roll & cleaning products.

About the other ladies you’ll live with (4 girls and 1 cat)…
We moved in together as strangers last September, and are now good friends, ages 23-27. They like to craft, run, have a tv night in, enjoy glasses of wine, cook a veggie meal together for occasions. It isn’t a majorly party house but enjoy going out for a dance.

The other girls work office jobs in different industries across the city, all working 1-2 days from home in the week.

Who we’re looking for:
Someone who loves cats (Zoe’s beautiful cat, Ethel, lives here)
Someone very clean & tidy
Ideally vegetarian
No terfs/ tories please & thanks
You’ll have to pass referencing
