ABOUT THE HOUSE
Probably the most well located house - 2 minutes from the Northern line, shops right outside (Gregg’s, Primark, M&S etc.)
There’s a living room, kitchen, spacious backyard and bathroom, shared with me & 2 other girls in their early twenties. We are all full time workers. You’ll also be sharing with our 3 gorg cats 🥹
The bills on top of rent come in at about £80-110pm each and include gas, electric, water, CT, TV licence and WiFi. The room comes furnished and street parking is available on our road with a permit.

We are looking for someone who will be an active part of the household, who loves to socialise and spend time together but also respects personal space and is clean and tidy!
