We have a lovely double room in a spacious 4-bedroom house in Tooting. You’ll be living with 3 girls between the ages of 26 - 28!

The room will come with the bed and mattress, bedside tables and lots of storage. It’s super bright and comfortable, making it a great space whether you’re working from home or just looking for somewhere cosy to relax. It gets plenty of natural light and feels really welcoming. ✨

Rent: £817 a month, and bills around £100 for water, gas, electric, WiFi and a cleaner monthly for communal areas.

The house has a lot going for it, including:
- A spacious kitchen and lounge (We have two fridges and freezers!)

The location is fantastic, with lots of Tooting’s cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, and transport links all within easy reach. It’s a great area with a real community feel and plenty going on. It’s only a 5 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube (Northern line).

The current housemates are friendly, crafty, sporty, respectful, and easy to live with. 2 of us work in Education and 1 in the Civil Service. The house strikes a nice balance between having your own space and being sociable when people are around.
