🏡 Double Room Available 1 September 2026 (10 minutes from Tooting Broadway) – Spacious Room in Friendly Shared House (£1,100 pcm, all bills included)

Hi! I'm looking for someone to replace me when I move out ane join my lovely home that I've been living in for almost three years.

You'll be the fourth flatmate to move into the biggest room, upstairs, which you’d share a bathroom with one other person.

A bit about the flat:
You'll share the upstairs bathroom with Rebecca, 26, a web developer, and downstairs are Pippa (28, primary school teacher) and Georgia (27, works in intelligence). We’re all good friends, easygoing, and love spending time in our garden — whether that’s BBQs with friends or just curling up outside with a book in the sun. There’s no living room, but honestly the garden and kitchen more than make up for it.

• £1,100 pcm, all bills included
• Bi-weekly cleaner for communal spaces
• Sharing a bathroom with just one other person
• No pets, sadly (allergies in the house)
• Room available from 1 September 2026 (no earlier, no later)

What we’re looking for:
Someone clean, friendly, and easy to live with, happy to socialise but equally comfortable having their own space and time. We’d prefer someone who isn’t fully remote-working (though open to discussing the right fit), and someone who’s mindful of noise in the evenings. As you’d be sharing a bathroom with another person, we’d just ask that overnight guests are kept to a minimum and always given a heads up beforehand, mainly so things feel comfortable for everyone
