Double room in Tooting - private rooftop!

Double room in Tooting Broadway. I am moving in with my partner and am looking for a girl (age 28+) to take my room. I am looking to vacate the flat from September.

The room is a furnished double (bed) with a large shared bathroom (with one other person), no noise from the road.
The home itself is a beautiful two floor flat, it has a large living room, an office floor with two desks, a back garden and a private rooftop!
Location wise you’re a 3 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station, less than 5 minutes to M&S/Sainsburys, very close to Tooting Common, and surrounded by lovely restaurants, shops and coffee shops.

You’ll be joining Lauren (32) and Sophie (29) – we all met through spare room and have been in the house for coming up 6 months. We all work fairly intense jobs and are largely office based, so we’d be looking for other hybrid/office based professionals. We’re very social, our friends are often round for chilled evenings and we love cooking and watching TV together. We also love an expedition to get coffee and sweet treats. We’re looking for a girl who fits well into that cosy dynamic!
Rent is £1000 plus bills which are ~£75 a month. Deposit is £1269, it is equally shared between the three of us.
