I found this lovely flat only a short walk from Tooting broadway station. It’s a 2-bed/2-bath and has a nice spacious terrace. The flat is £1850 excl. bills so a really good price for what you get! I have already viewed the flat (as I was meant to move-in with another girl but this fell through), and met the landlord, who seems really nice. Move-in would be in the next few weeks, but I can confirm a specific date with him.
