Large Double Room Tooting

I'm sadly moving out of my lovely home in Tooting to move in with my boyfriend, so we're looking for someone to take over my room in this fantastic house share.

You'll be living with two friendly, easy-going girls, we became friends through our graduate scheme and we have built a really lovely home together. They're looking for a male housemate who is sociable, laid-back, and up for the occasional pub trip or house catch-up.

The room is a spacious and bright upstairs bedroom that gets plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day, making it a really pleasant space to work from or relax in.

The house has two bathrooms, so you'll only be sharing a bathroom with one other person, as the third bedroom has its own en-suite.

We also have a spare room which can be used for laundry or storage, and a massive garden. Bills come to around £100 per month incl. council tax, WIFI and gas & electric.

The location is ideal, with excellent transport links and local amenities:

10-minute walk to Tooting Broadway Tube Station
20-minute walk to Earlsfield Station
10-minute walk to Lidl Superstore

Plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby
