Double Bedroom in 2 Bed Flat

Looking for a new housemate as my friend is moving to Australia.

The flat is a lovely modern 2 bed located on the 3rd floor of a private apartment block less than a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station.

It features an open plan living / dining area, balcony and access to a garden terrace. The room available has a double bed and double wardrobe, with space for a desk / extra chest of drawers as well as your own bathroom with shower/bath. (I have an en-suite)

The whole flat overlooks a private car park so it is very peaceful and quiet. A car parking space comes with the flat also. There is an anytime fitness gym and OneStop convenience store at street level of the building.
A little bit about me - I’m originally from Ireland and have been living in London for 2.5 years. I work as a dietitian so regular 9-5 hours Monday to Friday. I usually work from home two days per week. I am quite a sociable person and although I have my own group of friends, it’s important to me to live with someone that I am able to chat and be friends with rather than just co living as such.

During the weekdays, I am usually pretty chill in the evenings and at the weekend I enjoy trying out new restaurants, exploring what’s on in the city or going for a drink or two (sometimes followed by a boogie).
I have lived in house shares for a number of years and although I love to chat and socialise, I do enjoy my own time too and respectful when others need their own space too.

The room is available from the 1st of October but there is flexibility with the dates. Please send me a message with a little bit about yourself if you are interested in viewing the room.
