We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home in Tooting!

The house is in a brilliant spot:

-6-minute walk to Tooting Broadway station (Northern Line)
-Tooting Market at the end of the street
-Around 10 minutes' walk to Tooting Common
-Sainsbury’s, Lidl and M&S all within walking distance
-Great bus links across SW London, including Wandsworth, Clapham, Battersea and Wimbledon
-Anytime Fitness and Snap Fitness both nearby
-Loads of lovely coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and bars within walking distance

🛏️ The room & house

The room is on the top floor of the house and gets gorgeous natural light. You’d share a bathroom with just one other person – although there are four bathrooms in the house in total, so there’s always another one free when you need it!

It’s a spacious 4-bed house with shared living spaces and a garden area. We like to keep the house clean, tidy and homely – somewhere that actually feels like a home rather than just a houseshare.

💷 Rent & bills

Rent: £1,060 per month
-Deposit: £1,000
-Gas, electricity and Wi-Fi are approximately £59 per month
-Council tax is already covered for the year
-Water is paid twice yearly and works out at approximately £100 per person each time

You’d be living with three professional women in our 30s, all Northern girls!

We’re a friendly, sociable but chilled household. We love having a chat over a cuppa or glass of wine, catching up in the kitchen/living room and occasionally doing things together, but we all have our own lives and are equally happy doing our own thing.

We’re really keen to find someone who wants to be part of the house rather than just be a stranger who rents a room.
