I am moving out of my friendly house share in Tooting Broadway on 30th September.

The room is £800/month (excluding bills) with a shared kitchen, bathroom and living space. Bills typically come to around £100/month. The room comes with the added bonus of a separate private office space which is ideal for working from home!

The room is bright with high ceilings and gets plenty of sunlight. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk, as well as a spacious built-in storage cupboard.

-Tooting Broadway tube (Northern Line): 10min walk
-Colliers Wood tube: 15mins
-Tooting Station (Thameslink): 15min walk
-Sainsbury’s: 10min
-Lidl: 15mins
-St George’s hospital: 2min

You’ll be sharing with Trisha & Julia, who are both welcoming, friendly, and easygoing professionals. We’re looking for someone similar-minded who enjoys a tidy, clean and relaxed living space.
