Large room for cat loving mature/postgrad student

Large, bright room with double bed, desk, shelves and chest of drawers on first floor of two floor flat between Tooting Broadway underground and Tooting overground. Would be sharing a large bathroom with one other on that floor. We are live in landlords with a separate bathroom, office etc on the 2nd floor - both professionals (healthcare/programming). One son temporarily staying in the other room before going back to Uni, with another son at Uni from September. Must like cats as we have three (Biscuit, Yoda and Smokey) who are likely to want to make your acquaintance. The rent includes bills - utilities, council tax (where appropriate) WiFi and fortnightly cleaning of common areas. Well stocked kitchen/diner/sitting room and present but not easily accessible garden. Looking for a lodger from 1st October to mid June, and flexible as to whether they stay in the holidays or want to save some money and go home during that time (can leave stuff in the room).
