Small Double Bedroom and Personal Study in Tooting

My flatmate is sadly leaving me to move to Brighton so I’m looking for someone to join me in our gorgeous 2 bedroom flat in Tooting Broadway.

It’s a super bright large top floor flat with a garden and has a large living room. It’s about a 8 minute walk to Tooting Broadway and 5 minutes to Tooting train station and is on a lovely quiet road (and we have a close Lidl which is great!!). The landlord is also great and very attentive to fixing any issues really promptly! Also super keen to give the flat a bit of a redecoration so we can really make it our own :)

You’ll have a bedroom and a study to yourself, they’re both unfurnished! I own basically all of the other furniture in the flat. I’m looking for someone similar age, preferably female with similar interests 🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️🤸🏽‍♂️🧘🏽‍♀️🍸 and clean and tidy :) would love if you have a coffee machine to bring x

A bit about me, I’m 30 and work in fashion PR. Looking for someone who wants to be a friend as well as a flatmate. I like running, Pilates, going for walks and coffee, cosy nights in but equally love a trip to the pub for a pint! I’m quite busy and travel a lot for work so hoping to find someone similar who also enjoys their alone time too but also keen for a midweek debrief of MAFS.

The rent is £1,250 plus bills which come in at ~£120 depending on the time of the year and the room is available end of October (~25th) but this can likely be a little flexible!!
