I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 4-bedroom house in Tooting.
📍 Amazing location – just a 5-minute walk from Tooting Broadway Station (Northern Line), with loads of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and everything you need nearby!
🛏️ Room: Furnished bedroom with plenty of space, including room for a desk if you work/study from home. There is also space in the kitchen to comfortably set up a work-from-home area.
👯‍♀️ Housemates: You’ll be sharing with 3 lovely girls, so it’s a friendly and sociable house while still being a comfortable place to have your own space.

The tenancy is already in place, so it would simply be a case of changing the name on the tenancy rather than starting a completely new tenancy.
📅 Move-in: I’m free to move out whenever, so I can be flexible with the move-out/move-in date.

I’ve really enjoyed living here and it’s a great location, especially if you want to be well connected to Central London without paying Central London prices!
