Great double room available in a spacious 2-bed maisonette in Tooting Broadway, sharing with just one other flatmate. Private garden, quiet home, great location and excellent transport links.

I’m 29 and work in finance. I currently live here with a friend who is leaving in December to go travelling around the world, so I’m looking for someone new to move in.

I really like the flat and the area and want to stay here, so I’m hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy living here too.

I’m easygoing, clean and tidy, and sociable. I’m always happy to have a chat, grab a drink or hang out occasionally, but I also enjoy having my own space and respect other people’s privacy.

Ideally, I’m looking for another working professional with a similar vibe — someone friendly, considerate, clean and easy to live with.

The place

It’s a spacious, bright and quiet 2-bedroom maisonette, so you’ll only be sharing with one other person rather than living in a large houseshare.

There’s plenty of natural light, good living space and a private garden, which is a great bonus.

The location is very convenient, close to Tooting Broadway tube and other transport links, with supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, cafés, pubs and other amenities all nearby.
