Double room with private bathroom close to station

Room with own bathroom for rent in a 2 bed house, 3 mins walk from Tooting Broadway station.

We’re looking for a couple or single to replace our new flatmates who are sadly leaving London at short notice 😢 the room is available from mid/late October, flexible move in date but keen to get people in by mid November so our flatmates who are leaving don’t have to pay for the empty room too long.

The room is a great size, with pretty much sole use of the main bathroom (we have an ensuite so barely use the main one). It is fully furnished minus the bed, but they are wanting to sell the bed when they leave.

The flat itself is modern (only 10 years old!), bright, fully furnished and we love it here! Our kitchen, living, dining area is open plan and gets so much light throughout the day. It’s perfect for hosting people for dinner, to watch sport, have some drinks etc. The flat sells itself really!

About us:
I’m a 28 year old kiwi and my boyfriend Tom is 26 and from here. We love to travel, eat great food (Tom is a whizz in the kitchen), explore London, love watching sports, and keeping fit. He works in insurance and I work in the running industry (can get you free entry into the coolest races in London 🏃🏼‍♀️). We both love a trip to the pub but also love our time at home chilling.

About you:
Either a couple or single in their mid to late twenties, looking to make this place a home with us. We’d love to be friends with our flatmates, so ideally have similar interests. We’re looking for people that will be really tidy and respectful of each other’s space, but also keen to hang out and watch tv or go to the pub together.

Rent: £1350
Bills: roughly £90 per person a month (for a couple)
Deposit: around £800 per person

Must be able to rent in the UK and pass referencing!
