Corner shop 150m away, handy for milk. Peaceful location, no traffic noise, trains, or noisy neighbours.

KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM: 5m x 5m Italian designer kitchen/living room on the ground floor, glazed to the garden. That's where the washing machine is.

BILLS are on average £90pcm, which includes council tax, water, TV licence, WiFi, Sky TV, gas, and electricity (which vary per season).
