Double Room in Tooting Broadway

I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a shared house in Tooting from 1st December.

The room is a large double room on the top floor, in a converted attic/extension. As it’s the only room on the top floor, it’s very quiet and feels quite private. There’s plenty of natural light, with windows on both sides of the room, and lots of storage space. It’s easily large enough for a double bed, desk/home office setup, TV and additional furniture. We have 1Gb/s WiFi so it’s ideal for working from home, streaming and gaming. The bills are not included and add up to about £100 per person depending on usage.

The house has a shared bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a back garden. The garden can also be accessed from a side road, which is particularly useful for storing bikes.

* Directly opposite St George’s Hospital, so ideal for anyone working there
* Around 10 minutes’ walk from Tooting Broadway Station
* The Gym Group nearby
* Large Sainsbury’s in Merton around a 15-minute walk away
* Another large Sainsbury’s next to Tooting Broadway, plus plenty of other shops, cafés and amenities nearby

You’d be sharing with two other flatmates who work in events and who I have been living with for the past 4 years and honestly I’ve only got good things to say about them. We’re looking for someone who is tidy and easy to get along with.

The current contract runs until March, with the option to extend afterwards.
