Cosy sublet in Tooting Broadway from 27th November 2026 to 4th January 2027. Sharing with three girls ages 26-30 - looking for someone respectful, neat and kind.
Rent and bills are £1,100 for the 5.5week sublet and deposit is half of this at £550. I will move out all my things leaving a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. I’m happy to provide bedsheets with the pillows and duvet.
Location is on a quiet street close to Tooting Broadway and Tooting station. Supermarkets are a 10min walk with a corner shop 2min walk way.
I’m looking for someone who will look after my room whilst I’m away as well as help the girls keep the house tidy and cosy. The girls are incredibly kind and respectful so I’d like to find someone who will fit in well and continue to keep a cosy neat house.
