We have the smallest room in our lovely 4-bed house becoming available, just a 3-minute walk from Tooting Broadway station.

- Living with 3 professional girls aged 25–30 (Australian, English & South African)
- Amazing location close to the tube, shops, restaurants, pubs & everything Tooting has to offer.

We’re looking for a professional, clean and tidy girl who is respectful of the house, enjoys a chat and will fit in well with the existing household. We occasionally hang out, cook together or go to the pub, but we’re all fairly busy with work and have our own lives too.

Please note: this is best suited to someone who works at an office, as working from home isn’t possible due to the setup.

The landlord is lovely, but references and a full landlord check will be required.
