Great location, lovely home & easy-going flatmate

Looking for a flatmate to take over existing contact.

You’ll be sharing with me and my two cats, who technically contribute nothing towards the rent but somehow still believe they own the place.

I’m very easy-going, friendly and independent. I work late on weekends, which means you’ll often get the evenings and flat to yourself. Basically all the benefits of having a flatmate, with occasional part-time absence included.

I’d love to live with someone who enjoys their own space but is also up for the occasional pint, spontaneous adventure, exploring London or convincing each other that “just one drink” is a sensible idea.

Location- Flat is nicely positioned between Tooting Broadway and Earlsfield. Tooting is brilliant for pubs, food and socialising, while Earlsfield has great transport connections.

Ideally, you’re clean, considerate, easy-going and willing to accept two fur balls.

Looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room. Somewhere we can have a laugh together but also happily disappear into our own lives when we feel like it.
