Sadly our housemate is moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over a furnished double room in a 3-bedroom flat.

The flat has 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a spacious living room.

* 5 min walk to big Sainsbury’s
* Gyms and pubs nearby

Move in date: 2nd November
Deposit: approx £1000 (will confirm)
Monthly rent: £950 pcm + bills (approx £120)

You'd be living with 2 lads aged 25-29, working at the Football Regulator and Advertising. We’re sociable mates that met on Spareroom funnily enough, into the gym, up for pub trips, events etc, but also value chilled nights in. Definitely want to make friends rather than just housemates, looking for someone likeminded and respectful of their space.
