Four housemates looking for 1 more

Hello hello potential housemates!

We have a room in our 5 bed mixed house share that will soon become available (November)

We get on well as housemates so we’re looking for someone who is friendly, fun and keen to be friends not just housemates

House is 10 mins from Tooting Broadway Tube Station and Sainsbury’s one way and 10 mins to Tooting Train Station and Lidl the other way

We’re friends with the girls who live next door and we know a few others on the street too

There’s normally one of us in so if you fancy coming to meet us or see the house, that can easily be arranged

Just fyi, the price is a rough estimate. We can put you in touch with the agency who can give you the exact details. Should be somewhere between £850 and £950 bills included though

The room itself is a nice size with a double bed and basic furniture included
