Our flatmate Amelie is moving out to go travelling and we are looking for someone to fill our third room in Tooting Broadway - only a few mins from the station and big Sainsbury’s. It’s a large double room and comes furnished as seen in the pictures

- Rent is £1000 per month
- Bills are £88 each including wifi
- Move in date is very flexible from December - Jan

The flat:

It is a 3 bed, 1 bathroom flat with a large kitchen and spacious living room. The available room is on the top floor along with one other bedroom and some storage.

The flatmates:

Maddie (25) and Bella (21) both work full time in finance and creative industries. We are friendly and social and enjoy spending time together in the flat. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and happy with a relaxed vibe in the flat.

**We will be changing the tenancy officially with the estate agents so the new tenant will need to either earn £30,000 or have a UK guarantor
