Hi there! I am leaving my double room in a newly refurbished flat in Tooting Broadway to move in with my girlfriend.

The flat is lovely with a small patio area in the back and open plan living. Room comes partially furnished. You will share a bathroom with one flatmate as the other has an en suite. The flat is on the ground floor but has no step free access. Located on a quiet street right beside St George's hospital. 5 mins walk to Tooting Broadway station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room is priced at £730. As it's a new flat, bills are included for now but may be added on in the future. WiFi is separate and paid monthly.

You'll be sharing with two great Aussie girls who work in the arts and hospitality. Because of their schedules, the flat wouldn't be ideal for someone who works from home. Ideally looking for a female flatmate aged 30/35+. LGBTQ+ friendly household. Available around the end of November but flexible. Give me a shout if interested and fit the bill. Thanks!
