Our current housemates are moving out Dec 1st and we are looking to replace them!

Room 1:
Ground floor, with plenty of space and natural light. Furnishings are staying, but if there's anything you don't want, you can throw it out 🙂
Shared bathroom with one other person.

Middle floor double room, overlooking the main street. Spacious with double bed, table & lots of storage spaces.

Communal kitchen, with a fridge & cupboards, shelves shared with one other person too so there’s lots of storage options! There’s also an extra study room you can use.

About the house:
Lovely open plan living room and kitchen, attached to a large backyard garden. The kitchen has two sinks (weirdly useful!) and a large gas hob/oven.
There's also two fridges, one for each pair 🙂 Emi & I share the other one, so the 2 new tenants would share one.

About the housemates:

Emi, 28, works in the medical field. He likes watching sports, exploring activities in London.
Rafid, 29, works in account management in tech. He loves painting, cooking, theatre & exploring activities in London.

Generally we like a friendly chat around the house and going for a drink, but also appreciate our own space. 😊

Misc:
Bills aren't included, they usually come to about £100-120/month. Rent is payable on the 1st, straight to the landlord. Our landlord is very chilled and hands off, which is great!

About the area:
Located just 2 minutes away from Broadway market, Tooting is super lively - there’s never a shortage of things to do! Loads of great restaurants and brunch spots, as well as pubs, bars and farmers markets throughout Summer. Tooting common is about 15 mins walk away and Wandsworth Common about 30.
