Tooting Broadway

We’re looking for a 6th housemate to join us in Tooting Broadway as our housemate is going back to NZ!

Currently the house is made up of 3 boys and 3 girls, with one of the boys leaving so we’re preferably looking to keep the balance.

We’re all between the ages of 23 and 26 so looking for someone similar.

£1100 per month, all bills included - deposit is the same

Move in date is the 9th December

8 minute walk away from Tooting Broadway Station (Northern line)

Just off the main high street with Sainsbury’s, M&S and Lidl all within a 10 minute walk

Tooting market within a 5 minute walk

Fully furnished bottom floor bedroom with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe

Private back garden with bbq, bench & shed

Fortnightly cleaner

We’re looking for:

Preferably working professional

Preferably male

Preferably aged 24-28

Sociable: willing to become friends rather than housemates
