A comfortable, furnished double bedroom in a spacious Victorian home, with an ensuite, large windows, high ceilings, a tallboy, shelves and a wardrobe.

The room is ready to move into, with access to all the usual household facilities.
The house
This is a spacious four-bedroom Victorian end-terraced home with plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

You'll have access to:

The household
I'll be away for this two-month period, so you'll be sharing the house with the other residents rather than living with the landlord.

It's a friendly, relaxed household, and we're looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and respectful of the shared spaces.

As in any shared home, everyone is expected to clean up after themselves, be mindful of others, and help keep the communal areas pleasant.

Occasionally, Airbnb guests may also stay in the separate fourth bedroom.

Tooting is one of South London's most vibrant neighbourhoods, with an excellent mix of food, independent shops, cafés, pubs and everyday conveniences.
Within easy walking distance, you'll find:

Rent and availability
Rent: £1255 including bills.
Available for a fixed two-month stay, from 16 November to 15th January with a potential for a third month.
