Hi there! I am looking for a friendly, clean, independent, respectful professional /student to rent my spareroom.

My home is situate on a quiet street 5 minutes from Tooting Market, considered to be one of the Top 10 coolest places in the world, with its varying cafes, bars and restaurants. St George’s Hospital is within easy walking distance - My last few housemates have been in the medical profession found the location ideal giving easy access to St George’s, St Thomas’, Guys and UCH. Tooting Bec Common with its lido and running track is half a mile away. In my opinion, Tooting is a hidden gem.

Tooting Broadway underground station (Northern line - Zone 3) is 5-7 mins away, providing easy transport links to the London Bridge, the City and West End.

There is an excellent night bus service with the added bonus of the Northern line running 24 hours at the weekend.

This is not a party house. However I’m not adverse to sharing the odd meal or a glass of wine whilst watching trash TV.

I am looking for independent female who wants a home away from home to come to at the end of a working day.

The house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom ( I have my own shower room) plus a separate WC. The kitchen has a microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, plus washing machine and dryer in utility area. There is a garden which was lovingly created by a former lodger.

My daughter starts university in September, she will return home out of term time.

There is Sky, Netflix (also in the bedroom) and wifi in the house.
