Bills included wifi, water, council tax, gas/el. No deposit but you ll be paying the last month rent.

Note it is a non smoking house.

The house is located on a quiet residential street at the corner of Tooting high street and 10 mins from St George hospital.

Five minutes walk to Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern line, zone 3).

Less than 10 minute walk to Tooting railway station (national line).
