1 bed flat in Tooting - 3+ weeks short term let

SHORT TERM LET ON NORTHERN LINE, SOUTH WEST LONDON FOR 3+ weeks (flexible)

Hello! I am off for almost all of August and so am looking for someone to stay in my lovely flat for 3+ weeks. It's fully furnished with a private balcony.

The flat is located 5 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube and Balham and Wimbledon are also close for links to Clapham junction etc. The area has lots of great pubs & restaurants, cool bars and shops/supermarkets within walking distance. St George's Hospital is about 5 min walk away and Tooting and Broadway markets are no more than 10.

The flat was built in 2015 so is modern. You will have a large bathroom, modern kitchen/diner/living room, double bedroom with drawers and a wardrobe and linen provided. It is on the third floor and is very secure. There is also a private balcony (great for having a drink on and watching the sunset) and a shared garden.

Bills are included and this includes ultra high speed Hyperoptic internet. There's also a washer/dryer and dishwasher. A cleaner will visit fornightly (included)

As my husband and I usually live in the apartment, it's fully equipped. We would be looking for tenants who would treat it well and look after it for us and who we can meet beforehand. You would need to meet on or before 1st August.

If you need to move in a little earlier in or leave slightly later, please let me know as it's a 2-bed place so you would stay in our spare room. I obviously would not charge you the full weekly rate.
