The apartment is located just off Tooting high street, in a peaceful, quiet gated estate with the river Graveny running through it, so lovely meditative water vibes.

I'm looking for someone who gets on with myself and my housemate James. We are both professionals, I'm an artist and he works in tech. I'm looking for someone sociable, tidy (very important) and respectful. Not looking for couples or pets I'm afraid, although I do have a cat here, Mr Tybalt.
My bedroom, art studio and communal kitchen is on the ground floor and upstairs there is a living room with two work desk spaces and two bedrooms. Shower / toilet on both floors, upstairs also has a bath.
