We have a 1 large fully furnished rooms available in a highly finished 4 bed 3 bathroom house with a 2 large receptions. The house is 9 mins from Tooting Brodway station, has a beautiful garden, off street parking and there is everything that you would need in the house. Basically it’s myself, close friend father who live in the house and we are rarely home due to work and other commitments., and decided to rent the rooms as they are empty and the house is pretty big. The house is pretty spacious meaning you would have your own space. In the kitchen there are all very good appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, beiling cooker and a fridge. The reception room is the perfect living space with lovely sofa's and good size LCD. The garden is perfect for summer time where BBQ would just be a treat. The house is set in a quiet residential area so it’s a nice place to live. There is a spare room that is used for storage, 3 bathrooms, garage and a drive for off street parking.
